I’ve recently been getting into Japanese ancient culture and was thinking about buying a katana in the future. It would be for decoration purposes only. I feel like its kinda weird though and women might be turned off to go into an apartment and see a katana as decorative art. whats you opinion?

And call them ugly? and plain? I am Japanese and I warn you not to talk bad about them. If anyone tried to harass my sister I would use my Katana with no hesitance.
